What services does an event bartender provide?

Event bartenders offer a range of services to assist in organizing and executing events. This will include how much alcohol will be purchased, what liquor will be needed, fast service, guest satisfaction, and making sure your guests are well taken care of. We serve alcohol responsibly to make sure guests are safe when consuming alcohol. We are also responsible for the event set up and tear down. Less hassle for you and your event planners.

How far in advance should I hire an event bartender?

It's advisable to hire an event planner as soon as you have a clear idea of your event date and general concept. Some popular event bartenders may book up quickly, especially during peak seasons. Generally, hiring an event bartender at least a month ahead of the event gives ample time for planning, preparation, and staffing.
